Creamy Sunflower butter with pear toast

Sunflower butter is one of my favourite nut & seed butters and goes so well with fruit on top or a touch of honey : )


~Vegan~


Sunflower seed and pear toast.


Ingredients:


1 Slice of your favourite Seedy bread (see our Super Seedy Bread recipe!)

1-2 tbsp of your favourite sunflower butter (I love Nuts to You Nut Butter Inc. Brand)

1/4 of a pear, sliced in 5cm thick slices

Sprinkle of cinnamon


Choosing a dense rye bread filled with a mix of seeds will be more nutrient dense and keep you feeling full and satisfied for longer. So choose you slice of bread wisely : ) You can have a fresh slice or toasted slice to spread your delicious sunflower butter on to. Then place your sliced pear pieces on the sunflower butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
